Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • ability to talk and hear both in person and by telephone
  • vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
  • ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
  • ability to walk short distances frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • general knowledge of office equipment including phone, copier, laminator, and shredder preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilities including data entry, formulas, formatting, and spreadsheet management
  • comfortable on the phone and knowledge of phone etiquette and phone systems
  • approachable, outgoing, and excited about suggestive selling
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • highly organized and detail-oriented
  • good listening skills
  • a clear speaking voice
  • ability to count money and make change
  • ability to accept guidance and supervision
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • answer and direct phone calls
  • answer questions regarding the waterpark and provide accurate information to visitors and callers
  • take messages and direct calls to the proper department
  • communicate with other departments via various communication means
  • complete office tasks, including making copies, laminating, and other administrative tasks
  • receive payment by credit cards and gift cards
  • maintain a clean and organized office area
  • provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
  • follow park policies and procedures
  • other duties as assigned
