Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to sit for extended periods of time
- ability to talk and hear both in person and by telephone
- vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
- ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
- ability to walk short distances frequently
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- general knowledge of office equipment including phone, copier, laminator, and shredder preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilities including data entry, formulas, formatting, and spreadsheet management
- comfortable on the phone and knowledge of phone etiquette and phone systems
- approachable, outgoing, and excited about suggestive selling
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- highly organized and detail-oriented
- good listening skills
- a clear speaking voice
- ability to count money and make change
- ability to accept guidance and supervision
- ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- answer and direct phone calls
- answer questions regarding the waterpark and provide accurate information to visitors and callers
- take messages and direct calls to the proper department
- communicate with other departments via various communication means
- complete office tasks, including making copies, laminating, and other administrative tasks
- receive payment by credit cards and gift cards
- maintain a clean and organized office area
- provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- follow park policies and procedures
- other duties as assigned
