- Experience within airfreight or logistic companies, airlines or the travel industry

Job Duties
- Handle customers’ requests via telephone calls or emails for OBC services, follow-up and work towards job confirmation
- Monitor and track on-going shipments and keep in constant communication with the responsible courier and/or customers
- Liaise and give clear detailed instructions and information to Couriers on their assignments
- Supply Couriers with all mandatory official documentation for local Customs and Immigration Office and arrange their travel itineraries
- Prepare and compile files for all job and ensure all relevant documents are in place for future reference and invoice purpose
- Be willing to make business/duty trips abroad at short notice and if necessary perform courier duties including pickup and delivery
- Be willing and able to work in shifts which may include irregular hours
- Be aware of and comply with Company’s policies
