Job Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping preferred
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks when appropriate
- Tolerate potential exposure to blood, body tissues, and fluids with occasional exposure to hazardous materials and infectious diseases
- Manual dexterity required to operate modern office and housekeeping equipment
- Ability to travel as needed or assigned

Job Duties
- Vacuum, mop and clean all entrances
- Vacuum and mop all floors in common areas
- Dust furniture, molding and woodwork in halls, library, mail room, sitting room and any other common area
- Clean rest rooms
- Clean laundry rooms
- Vacuum or mop and polish elevator
- Clean office
- Clean windows, mirrors and pictures in common areas
- Empty trash containers daily in common areas
- Meet/exceed established performance goals
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of job processes and procedures
- Follow instructions and work harmoniously with others
- Commit to job and company success
- Maintain a safe workplace
- Report unsafe work conditions
- Maximize cost efficiency and productivity
- Attend required department events, meetings and trainings
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Perform other tasks as required
- Ability to work with people with physical and mental disabilities including those using profanity, derogatory language and the like
