Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 25 lbs
- availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a server and or bartender preferred
- knowledge of basic drink preparation and cocktail recipes
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- strong team player with a positive community-minded attitude
- must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- ability to stand walk lift up to 25 lbs and work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
- provide knowledgeable and attentive table service including taking orders delivering food and beverages and checking on guest satisfaction
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and responsible service guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas including restocking supplies and performing side work
- accurately enter orders into POS system and handle cash and credit transactions
- follow community and restaurant policies regarding responsible alcohol service
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely accurate service
- engage with community members fostering a welcoming neighborly atmosphere
- adhere to health safety and sanitation standards at all times
