Job Requirements

  • Reside on the Island of Oahu
  • Availability to work full-time including weekends
  • Ability to relocate to Honolulu, HI prior to starting work
  • Access to computer or laptop and internet preferred for training
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales and/or customer service (1-3 years)
  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel field preferred
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Hawaiian Islands preferred
  • Familiarity with tours and activities offered preferred
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and cater to their needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Experience using POS systems preferred
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Japanese language skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as an ambassador of Aloha to guests
  • Book activities and tours on the Island of Oahu and neighboring islands
  • Work closely with guests to understand and meet their travel needs
  • Utilize the Al Desk POS system for booking and sales transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in remote onboarding and in-person concierge desk training
