Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with local area attractions is beneficial
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
Job Duties
- Gives all customers prompt and courteous service
- Is product knowledgeable and offers recommendations to customers when appropriate
- Knows the different attractions of the general area such as bus schedules, hula shows, special activities
- Performs specific tasks as assigned by Store Management and Coffee Bar Supervisors
- Assists Store Management and Coffee Bar Supervisors in maintaining a ready-for-business store appearance at all times
- Follows the work schedule as posted, unless changes are arranged with Store Manager or Coffee Bar Supervisor
- Is familiar with and periodically reviews the Employee Handbook, Training Manuals, Checkout Manual, and Master Work board
- Follows all procedures and regulations concerning merchandise handling and cash handling as outlined in Company Training Manuals
- Operates shift within Company guidelines to achieve sales and profits
- Maintains a clean and organized workplace to promote efficiency for the entire staff
