Job Requirements
- A degree or certification in nutrition or related field
- ability to maintain continuing education requirements with 16 CE hours annually if not mandated by degree

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Acts as the nutrition education resource for the customers, crew, and community
- provides customer service on the floor in the vitamin aisles assisting customers with product purchasing and education
- performs retail operations including maintaining customer literature files, stocking and facing products, cleaning vitamin department and store, and assisting with merchandising
- provides nutrition education through instore classes, outreach, crew training, and wellness board maintenance
- offers private one-on-one health coaching sessions
- builds community relationships with practitioner partners, guest presenters, and event partners
- seeks outreach opportunities to provide nutrition education and build brand awareness
- maintains continued education requirements by reading research and completing assignments
- assists management with coordinating and executing companywide events
- responsible for printing materials for classes and coaching sessions
- places orders for nutrition education supplies
- provides training to crew on promoting nutrition health coach services, instore events, and promotions
- attends monthly meetings and acts as event ambassador during guest presenter classes
