Job Requirements
- Degree or certification in nutrition or related field such as dietetics, biology, biochemistry, or naturopathy
- Maintain continuing education requirements with 16 CE hours annually if certification does not require specific CEC
- Must have excellent public speaking skills and confidence presenting in front of audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook
- Ability to perform retail operations including stocking, facing, cleaning, and maintaining product expiration dates
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and approachable
- Able to lift or carry varying weights up to 100 lbs occasionally with team lift
- Must be able to frequently walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, and use fine motor skills for entire work shifts
- Comfortable working in environments with varying physical demands such as noise, cold, heat, and dust
- Must be self-directed and able to manage time effectively
- Team player with ability to accept constructive feedback
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Acts as the nutrition education resource for customers, Crew, and community
- Provides customer service on the vitamin aisles including product assistance and educational resources
- Performs retail operations such as maintaining customer literature files, stocking and facing products, cleaning, and merchandising
- Offers in-store nutrition and recipe demonstration classes, outreach nutrition classes, and regular training for Crew
- Provides one-on-one private health coaching sessions
- Builds community relationships with practitioner partners, guest presenters, and event partners
- Seeks outreach opportunities to provide nutrition education and build brand awareness
