Job Requirements
- Degree or certification in nutrition or related field
- excellent public speaking skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to conduct cooking demonstrations and nutrition education classes confidently
- experience engaging customers to promote retail events and sales
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
- ability to work collaboratively with a team and accept feedback
- willingness to perform retail operational tasks such as stocking, facing, and cleaning

- physical ability to lift and carry weights up to 100 lbs with assistance

Job Qualifications
- Degree or certification in nutrition or related field such as dietetics, biology, biochemistry, or naturopathy
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills
- confident in providing cooking demonstrations and nutrition education classes
- ability to engage customers and promote events, services, and sales

Job Duties
- Acts as the nutrition education resource for the customers, Crew, and community
- provides customer service on the floor in the vitamin aisles assisting customers with purchasing and education
- performs retail operations including maintaining customer literature files, stocking and facing products, cleaning the vitamin department, and assisting with merchandising
- offers in-store nutrition and recipe demonstration classes and outreach nutrition classes
- provides private one-on-one health coaching sessions
- builds community relationships with practitioner partners, guest presenters, and event partners
- seeks outreach opportunities to provide nutrition education and build brand awareness
- maintains continued education requirements by reading and reviewing research and completing CE assignments
- assists management with coordinating, organizing, and executing company-wide events
- responsible for printing materials used in classes, outreach, and coaching sessions
- places orders for nutrition education supplies
- provides training to Crew on promoting Nutrition Health Coach services, in-store events, and promotions
- attends monthly meetings and acts as an event ambassador during floor days
- performs additional hands-on tasks to ensure company success
