Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, speak and understand English
- Some knowledge of food service and kitchen procedures is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible part time schedule
- Able to lift at least 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
- Take and record the temperature of food and food storage areas
- Operate packaging machinery
- Pack and place food in refrigerators for storage or in trucks for transport
- Perform all other duties as assigned
