Job Requirements

  • certified dietary manager (cdm) or dietetic technician registered (dtr)
  • minimum of one year management or clinical experience preferred
  • ability to coordinate and supervise meal service
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • knowledge of nutritional care practices
  • commitment to resident wellbeing

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • coordinate and supervise individualized meal service and nutritional care for residents
  • manage the diet aide staff to maintain daily operations
  • ensure compliance with dietary guidelines and resident health requirements
  • develop and implement nutrition care plans tailored to resident needs
  • oversee inventory and ordering of food supplies
  • collaborate with healthcare professionals for resident dietary assessments
  • promote a positive and supportive team environment
