Job Requirements
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR)
- Minimum of one year management or clinical experience preferred
- Ability to coordinate and supervise nutrition services
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise individualized meal service and nutritional care to assisted living and skilled nursing residents
- Manage and lead the diet aide staff to maintain daily nutrition service operations
- Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards
- Oversee menu planning and dietary modifications based on resident needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support resident health goals
- Train and develop team members on dietary best practices
- Monitor inventory and ordering of food supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
