Job Requirements

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR)
  • Minimum of one year management or clinical experience preferred
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise nutrition services
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise individualized meal service and nutritional care to assisted living and skilled nursing residents
  • Manage and lead the diet aide staff to maintain daily nutrition service operations
  • Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards
  • Oversee menu planning and dietary modifications based on resident needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to support resident health goals
  • Train and develop team members on dietary best practices
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of food supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
