Job Duties
- supervise food preparation and service activities
- oversee kitchen sanitation and safety protocols
- manage inventory and order supplies
- convert and adjust recipes as required
- ensure compliance with nutrition and food safety regulations
- train and support nutrition services staff
- maintain accurate records of operations
