Job Requirements
- 16 years of age
- willingness to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
- ability to follow safe food handling and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- some guest service background preferred
Job Duties
- Processes room service orders
- interacts with patients and family members by order taking via the phone and inputting menu selections into the computer
- gathers, washes, and puts away dry dishes
- promotes positive customer service relations between Nutrition Services and Nursing units, patients, families, and all other people they come in contact with
- maintains knowledge of profession, safe food handling and sanitation
