Job Requirements
- Valid Arizona DPS Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to processing
- Availability to work 8 hours per day for 9.5 months
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
- Completion of a high school curriculum or equivalent
- Job related experience in food service or a similar specialized field
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to lift and carry light-weight materials
- Willingness to substitute for absent staff as needed
Job Qualifications
- Job related experience within specialized field with increasing levels of responsibility
- Targeted job related education that meets organization’s prerequisite requirements
- Possess a valid Arizona DPS Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- ServSafe certificate
- Ability to follow federal, state, and local regulations
- Basic arithmetic and technical reading skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Learn managerial skills necessary to become a manager including ordering, receiving, forecasting, inventory, and end of day paperwork
- Assist Food Service Manager with training new employees
- Assist Food Service Manager with new employee follow-up visits
- Substitute for employees, assistant manager, or manager who are absent
- Participate in regularly scheduled manager meetings
- Participate in on-site training as scheduled
- Perform any other duties assigned as needed
