Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field of nutrition
- Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with patients with eating disorders
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 3 overnight stays per month
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field of nutrition
- Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with patients with eating disorders
- Masters Degree in nutrition or related field preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee and implement all aspects of the nutritional program for Eating Recovery Center
- Provide leadership for dietary services including defining and refining service model and strategy
- Supervise and manage dietary staff including recruiting, training, and performance appraisals
- Interface with Kitchen Manager to prepare ordering and menu planning
- Coordinate menu development and nutritional program development
- Develop, review, and update policies and procedures for the Dietary Department
- Facilitate departmental performance improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accreditation
- Assist with coordination of schedule and projects for float Registered Dietitians
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
