Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in relevant field of nutrition
Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian
Minimum 2 years of experience working with patients with eating disorders
Ability and willingness to travel up to 3 overnight stays per month
Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in relevant field of nutrition
Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian
Minimum 2 years of experience working with patients with eating disorders
Masters Degree in nutrition or related field preferred
Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

Oversee and implement all aspects of the nutritional program for Eating Recovery Center
Provide leadership for dietary services including defining and refining service model and strategy
Supervise and manage dietary staff including recruiting, training, and performance appraisals
Interface with Kitchen Manager to prepare ordering and menu planning
Coordinate menu development and nutritional program development
Develop, review, and update policies and procedures for the Dietary Department
Facilitate departmental performance improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accreditation
Assist with coordination of schedule and projects for float Registered Dietitians
Perform other projects and duties as assigned
