Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field of nutrition
  • Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with patients with eating disorders
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 3 overnight stays per month
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field of nutrition
  • Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with patients with eating disorders
  • Masters Degree in nutrition or related field preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee and implement all aspects of the nutritional program for Eating Recovery Center
  • Provide leadership for dietary services including defining and refining service model and strategy
  • Supervise and manage dietary staff including recruiting, training, and performance appraisals
  • Interface with Kitchen Manager to prepare ordering and menu planning
  • Coordinate menu development and nutritional program development
  • Develop, review, and update policies and procedures for the Dietary Department
  • Facilitate departmental performance improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accreditation
  • Assist with coordination of schedule and projects for float Registered Dietitians
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned
