- comfort with learning new technology and computer systems
Job Duties
- Prepare breast milk and formula accurately using established recipes and sanitation procedures
- calculate breast milk recipes based on desired volume
- collaborate with nurses, registered dietitians, and other care team members regarding breast milk and formula orders
- navigate computer software to print labels and patient lists
- identify and label formula and breast milk
- deliver prepared feedings throughout the hospital
- clean and sanitize equipment and workspaces
- receive formula and breast milk products and monitor inventory levels and expiration dates
