- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety of customers and team members according to HACCP and county Health Dept guidelines
- Ensure employees' hands are frequently washed and gloves are worn appropriately
- Uphold infection prevention practices and correct potential risks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas free of spills and hazards
- Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures and follow up on out-of-range issues
- Ensure proper labeling, dating, and rotation of food and supplies
- Ensure employees operate equipment safely and address escalated safety issues
- Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and breakdown of workstations
- Ensure employees follow instructions and station responsibilities accurately
- Ensure completion of area checklists and forms in real time
- Ensure proper operation and care of equipment
- Support leadership and team members to achieve service outcomes
- Enforce uniform specifications and take corrective action
- Collaborate with team and leadership to meet department goals
- Communicate respectfully and clearly
- Respect cultural traditions of team members and customers
- Resolve employee concerns or escalate to management
- Perform other duties as assigned
