Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in large-scale food production preferred
- ServSafe Certification required or within 90 days of job start
- CPR Certification required or within 90 days of job start
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and perform repetitive motions
- Good communication skills
- Respect and patience for older adults
- Good personal hygiene
- Keyboard proficient
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in large-scale food production preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- Understanding of USDA and food service documentation
- ServSafe Certification required or within 90 days of job start
- CPR Certification required or within 90 days of job start
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve meals to congregate meal clients
- Monitor the number of meals served
- Distribute meals as needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Use various kitchen equipment including ranges, dishwashers, slicers, and processors
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
