- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and email
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash and perform filing and mail sorting
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm

Job Duties
- Receiving incoming calls and assisting callers with any questions or comments
- ensuring screening of staff/vendors/visitors
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and email
- greeting families and visitors
- filing, cash handling, sorting mail, operating various office machines, and performing other duties as assigned
