Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- completion of a certified nursing assistant course or relevant work experience
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- minimum one year of experience in an acute hospital or long term care setting preferred
- knowledge of medical terminology
- strong computer skills
- exceptional phone etiquette
- ability to multi-task
- detail oriented
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a busy demanding environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- take vital signs
- assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures for assigned patients
- perform clerical and receptionist duties related to the assigned department
- demonstrate positive attitude and efficient use of resources
- meet customer expectations
- perform duties under direct supervision of an RN
- adhere to CHOMP policy and department procedures
