Job Requirements
- Active, unrestricted licensure as an advanced practice provider
- nurse practitioners must have a compact nursing license
- minimum four years of clinical care experience in primary, family, urgent or emergency settings
- bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- strong communication and digital literacy skills
- residence in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania or Texas
- ability to work a shift from 10 AM to 8 PM MST including rotating weekends
Job Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- NPs must hold a compact nursing license
- minimum of four years’ experience in primary, family, urgent, or emergency care
- bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- strong communication and digital literacy skills
- experience working in virtual or telehealth environments preferred
- commitment to continuous learning and patient-centered care
Job Duties
- Uncover root causes by asking thoughtful and intuitive questions over video or secure chat to understand patients’ conditions
- deliver accurate diagnoses using clinical expertise, patient history, and remote diagnostic tools in a virtual setting
- guide care decisions by ordering, interpreting, and following up on lab tests through digital platforms to personalize care plans
- prescribe medications electronically with clear explanations regarding usage and side effects
- collaborate closely with physicians, fellow APPs, and extended care team to provide coordinated and patient-first care
- innovate under pressure by developing creative solutions tailored to the realities of virtual healthcare
