Job Requirements
- Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) or associate degree in nursing with 3 years of long-term care experience
- Current RN license registered with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- CPR certification
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and human relations skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptable to unpredictable situations and stress
- Working flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Previous nursing experience with long-term care, including dementia care, assisted living, home health or acute care preferred

- Maintaining current CPR certification
Job Duties
- Providing leadership and operations management consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and goals of Charter House with support and direction of the Director of Health Services
- Directing the activities of the registered nurses
- Assessing, diagnosing, outcome identification, planning, implementing, and evaluating is the basis for all care delivered by the Nurse Manager
- Accountable for planning, directing and coordinating the delivery of direct resident care and for the supervision of the nursing care provided by professional and ancillary nursing personnel
- Collaborating and communicating with interdisciplinary health care team members, residents, and family/significant others to meet the care, educational and discharge needs
