Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Nurse education experience
- RN with a current license in good standing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A minimum of 2+ years' nursing experience
- Willingness to work multiple US time zones as needed
- Ability to travel for national training meetings approximately 15%
- Effective working independently as well as with a team
- Successfully complete all required Amplity and client training

Job Duties
- Coordinate and facilitate the connection between patients and program approved, patient-based resources
- Provide educational training to patients on specific disease states and medication administration as prescribed by their healthcare professional
- Provide education to foster appropriate dialogue between patient and health care provider
- Support treatment decisions made between the patient and healthcare provider
- Provide product related training as outlined in the program guidelines
- Participate in one-on-one communications with patients/caregivers via telephone, video platforms, email, and SMS
- Maintain positive working relationships to ensure seamless onboarding, initiation of therapy, self-injection instruction, and ongoing adherence support
