Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- effective communication with others both verbally and in written form using the English language
- ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods
- ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs
- ability for fine finger manipulation
- willingness to work in environments with variable temperature, lighting, noise levels, and occasional smoke exposure
- ability to work indoors and outdoors during special events

Job Duties
- Change linens and remake beds according to housekeeping standards
- clean all rooms assigned during your shift, usually a minimum of 16 rooms
- use company provided cleaning products to clean bathrooms including scrubbing tubs, toilets, sinks, countertops and mopping floors
- remove soiled towels and replace with fresh towels, remove empty or semi-empty toiletries and replace with new
- wash all mirrors and polish chrome fixtures in bathrooms
- remove all trash, dust and vacuum room, wipe down all surfaces including television remote and telephone
- clean coffee pot and replenish coffee, sweeteners, stir sticks, and creamer
- straighten guest rooms, restock necessary bathroom linens and supplies, and turn-down bed sheets as assigned
- replace glasses and necessary amenities in guest rooms as required
- ensure all drawers are checked and empty of previous guests’ belongings if guest has checked out
- immediately report and return all lost and found articles to the lost and found area
- complete work orders to be submitted to engineering department for room repairs and maintenance
- establish and maintain effective communication with all levels of the Nugget team and guests
- recognize team members going above and beyond using the Nugget’s recognition system
- consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- perform work in a safe manner and maintain a safe environment
- immediately report unsafe conditions, team member or guest incidents to Security, Management, and the Safety Manager
- maintain a positive and professional image for the Nugget when performing duties or representing the Nugget
- regular predictable attendance is required
- perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
