Job Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Ability to work standing for extended periods
Must pass background check if required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling
Leadership skills for shift leader positions
Bilingual skills are an advantage but not required

Job Duties

Take and give out orders to kitchen staff
Balance cash drawers accurately
Listen and solve customer queries promptly
Replace food items when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare quality food consistently adhering to company standards
Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation in food preparation
Supervise shift operations to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards are met
Work as a cashier or cook while leading and supporting staff during shifts
Provide exceptional customer service maintaining positive relations with guests
