Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Absolute flexibility to work nights weekends holidays and extended multi-day trips on short notice
- Ability to pass a 6-week intensive initial flight attendant training program
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to successfully complete a 6-week intensive flight attendant training program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and work environments
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Job Duties
- Maintain a dominant state of mission readiness during on-call blocks
- Seamlessly integrate into newly formed crew configurations executing safety protocols
- Deliver Delta's standard of hospitality with complex meal services and empathetic passenger care
- Handle sudden itinerary changes and irregular operations with a positive attitude
- Report to the airport within a strict window when contacted for rapid deployment
- Uphold safety compliance across multiple aircraft types including Airbus and Boeing
