- provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- determine customer needs and make product suggestions
- sample and suggest products to customers
- assist Food Service Manager in hiring new associates
- coach and train new associates to Barista Certification
- ensure compliance with store and company policies
- follow health, safety, and food safety guidelines
- maintain clean and appealing customer service areas
- keep a neat and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- prepare beverage orders to company standards
- perform cleaning tasks as scheduled
- follow merchandising standards, stocking, and rotation
- ensure equipment maintenance
- perform cash handling and register procedures
- follow inventory control policies
- manage product and supply orders
- keep accurate records as per company procedures
- complete Initial Store Training and pass Barista certification
- perform related duties assigned by management
