Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times
- Determine customer needs and make appropriate product suggestions
- Assist Food Service Manager in hiring and training new barista associates
- Ensure baristas follow store and Price Chopper policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer service area and workstation according to standards
- Prepare a variety of customer beverage orders to Price Chopper standards
- Perform cleaning tasks, equipment maintenance, cash handling, inventory control, and recordkeeping according to company policies
