Job Duties
- provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- determine customer needs and make product suggestions

- coach and train new Barista associates

- maintain workstation according to 5S standards
- prepare a variety of customer beverage orders
- perform cleaning tasks as per schedules
- follow merchandising standards and rotate stock
- assure equipment maintenance
- handle cash and adhere to register policies
- follow inventory control policies
- order products and supplies
- keep accurate records
- complete training and pass Barista certification
