Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in both cold and hot environments
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and push/pull heavy weights
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Availability for various shifts
- Ability to follow instructions from management
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow corporate and state sanitation regulations
- Experience or willingness to operate bakery equipment
- Customer service skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in workstation
- Physical capability to handle lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Assist with the bakery operation within the retail store environment including preparation, baking, merchandising, and presentation of bakery products
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times
- Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Assist with or create customer special orders such as cake orders
- Operate bakery department equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils
- Adhere to all corporate and state sanitation regulations and safety standards
