Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to work standing for 5-8 hours
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable working in cold and hot environments consistently
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Must adhere to uniform policy
  • Must maintain sanitation and safety standards
  • Willingness to perform various physical tasks including bending squatting twisting and walking

Job Duties

  • Provide fast friendly helpful and efficient customer service at all times
  • Smile make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
  • Prepare food to corporate specifications
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation according to 5S standards
  • Cook and finish food within company standards
  • Ensure accuracy of customer special orders
  • Merchandise food products within company guidelines
  • Adhere to all corporate state and federal rules and regulations
  • Adhere to corporate uniform policy
  • Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures
  • Maintain cold case logs hot food logs and cooling logs consistent with store policy
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures
