Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- No formal education required
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally, standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and twisting for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including potential shifts at different store locations
- Compliance with corporate, state and federal regulations
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Basic food preparation skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to adhere to company uniform and operational policies
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Prepare food to corporate specifications
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation according to 5S standards
- Sample and suggestively sell products to customers
- Ensure accuracy of customer special orders
- Merchandise food products within company guidelines
- Maintain cold case logs, hot food logs and cooling logs according to store policy
- Adhere to all corporate, state and federal food safety regulations
- Follow corporate uniform policy
- Control shrink through adherence to policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
