Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to stand, bend, lift and perform physical tasks for 5-8 hours
- Ability to adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow corporate policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Capable of maintaining clean and organized workstations
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs safely
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon request fulfillment
- Sample and suggest items to customers
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- Cook and finish food within company standards
- Ensure accuracy of customer special orders
- Merchandise all food products within company guidelines
- Adhere to all corporate, state and federal rules and regulations
- Follow corporate uniform policy
- Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures
- Maintain cold case, hot food and cooling logs consistent with store policy
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
