Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service
- smile, make eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling requests
- maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation according to 5S standards
- ensure product availability and quality to meet customer needs
- maintain proper variety of cakes and bakery items daily
- manage inventory levels with bakery manager
- operate bakery equipment including ovens and mixers
- make special cake orders as requested by customers
- adhere to all company policies and sanitation regulations
- perform other duties as assigned by management
