Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift frequently up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- ability to push pull occasionally up to 2400 pounds
- willingness to work standing walking squatting and kneeling for extended periods
- familiarity with corporate and state sanitation and safety guidelines
- availability to work flexible shifts
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- experience or interest in bakery or food service preferred
- ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- good communication and customer service skills
- capability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations is beneficial
Job Duties
- assist with the bakery operation including preparation baking merchandising and final presentation of all bakery products
- provide fast friendly helpful and efficient customer service
- smile make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests
- maintain a neat clean and organized work station following 5S standards
- assist with or create customer special orders such as cake orders
- operate bakery equipment including ovens mixers and utensils
- adhere to all corporate and state sanitation regulations and safety standards
