strong communication skills
ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
willingness to maintain workstation cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

assist with bakery and bagel preparation and baking
merchandise and present bakery products attractively

operate bakery and bagel equipment including ovens and mixers
comply with corporate and state sanitation and safety regulations
control shrink by adhering to policies and procedures
