Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-unit or high-volume operations
  • Proficiency with AI forecasting and digital inventory systems advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial targets, and cost control
  • Familiarity with technology-driven restaurant operations
  • Passion and understanding of current industry trends including sustainability and scratch-made kitchens
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and develop FOH or BOH teams fostering a positive work environment
  • Implement cost control measures including budgeting and inventory management
  • Utilize technology such as AI forecasting and digital systems to optimize operations
  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
  • Drive sales, monitor financial performance, and achieve operational targets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
