Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in both FOH and BOH environments
- Proficiency with digital tools for inventory and forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
