Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
- love for food and an eye for detail with cooking
- knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
- excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- willingness to obtain or possess a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cooking or kitchen experience beneficial but not mandatory
- valid Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to learn and follow restaurant menu and recipes
- excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- strong attention to detail
- flexibility to work various shifts
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
- plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
- responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
- assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
- uphold high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
- comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
