Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
  • love for food and an eye for detail with cooking
  • knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
  • excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • willingness to obtain or possess a current Food Handler's Card where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cooking or kitchen experience beneficial but not mandatory
  • valid Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to learn and follow restaurant menu and recipes
  • excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • strong attention to detail
  • flexibility to work various shifts
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
  • plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
  • responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
  • assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
  • uphold high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
  • comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
