Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- 1-2 years of waitstaff/server experience
- Food Handlers Certification
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Neat and clean personal appearance
- Reliable and timely attendance
- Professional and respectful attitude toward members, guests, vendors, co-workers and supervisors
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
- Ability to work full or part time
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 1-2 years of waitstaff/server experience
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Food Handlers Certification
- Knowledge of wine and beverages is a plus
- Professional, courteous, and respectful attitude
- Neat and clean personal appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Job Duties
- Report to supervisor to receive instructions for special duties or events
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- Perform all service duties according to River Crest Country Club standards
- Greet members and guests by last name whenever possible
- Ensure immediate attention and prompt service to members and guests upon arrival
- Observe all club policies when dealing with members and non-members
- Inform supervisor of any complaints or problems during the shift
- Adhere strictly to service procedures and standards to deliver superior service
- Bus and reset tables as needed
