Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of restaurant management experience
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage payroll and labor effectively
- experience with staff scheduling and inventory control
- cash handling proficiency
- flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

- proven ability to manage daily operations and maintain service standards
- experience with payroll processing and labor management

- knowledge of inventory control and ordering
- proficiency in end-of-day reporting and cash handling
- excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- professional and composed under pressure
- passion for hospitality, food, and beverage (Italian or Mediterranean preferred)
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- lead restaurant floor operations with a hands-on approach
- manage administrative tasks including payroll processing and labor management
- develop and coach team members to maintain high service standards
- oversee staff scheduling and forecasting to optimize labor
- control inventory and handle ordering to maintain stock levels
- manage end-of-day reporting and cash handling
- ensure outstanding guest relations and resolve issues proactively
