Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities required by theatre operations
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Must meet age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- Must complete Regal responsible beverage server online training if serving alcohol
- Must maintain regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to read and understand training materials including company policies and legal regulations
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Completion of required alcohol server training if applicable
- Good public speaking and listening skills
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling
- Ability to identify and solve problems under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to set goals and prioritize tasks
Job Duties
- Operate POS system including handling cash drawer, credit cards, coupons and inventory
- Promote Regal Crown Club program
- Ensure tickets sold comply with MPAA ratings and company policies
- Prepare and clean all concession equipment
- Perform suggestive selling and upselling
- Comply with food safety and labor laws
- Monitor and report theatre issues to management
- Tear tickets and direct patrons to auditoriums
- Inspect backpacks and manage crowd control
- Conduct in-theatre inspections for picture and sound quality
- Assist guests with seating
- Clean auditoriums and maintain cleanliness in lobby and restrooms
- Assist with opening and closing duties
