Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Legal age to sell or serve alcohol if required by the position
- Ability to stand walk sit use hands reach talk hear frequently
- Ability to occasionally climb balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to see close distance peripheral vision depth perception and adjust focus
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with company dress code
- Must complete all required training including sexual harassment discrimination and alcohol serving courses
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program and progress towards box office cashier certification required
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if duties include selling or serving alcohol
- Good public speaking skills with ability to listen effectively and respond clearly
- Ability to perform basic math calculations with speed and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate information and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills with customers coworkers and management
- Ability to multitask prioritize goals and budget time effectively
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including cash drawer accuracy handling credit cards travelers checks gift cards redeemed tickets passes and coupons
- Up selling and suggestive selling premium viewing experiences such as 3D RPX IMAX
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring tickets sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Responding to phone calls and guest inquiries consistently with guest service philosophy
- Preparing operating and cleaning concession equipment and managing concession inventory
- Abiding by local state and federal food safety laws and alcohol certification requirements
- Tearing tickets collecting and depositing stubs directing patrons to auditoriums
- Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable
- Managing crowd control and assisting guests with seating
- Conducting auditorium inspections for picture sound quality and safety
- Reporting problems discrepancies or unusual situations to management
- Performing in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales
- Cleaning auditoriums restrooms lobby and common areas
- Monitoring cleanliness and operation of theatre vending machines
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
