Job Requirements
- Must maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- must be organized and capable of multi-tasking
- 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
- at least 21 years old for alcohol preparation and service
- must be able to recognize signs of intoxication and able to follow all company and state guidelines for handling intoxicated guests
- must have a working knowledge of bartending skills, including recipes and ID verification
- capable of standing and walking for upwards of 5-10 hours a day
- ability to lift 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Providing timely and attentive service to our guest
- taking accurate orders and upselling menu items
- making drinks following Bd's recipes and SOPs
- bartenders receive and handle all payments from guests
- assisting with carryout operations
- adherence to all safety and sanitation procedures
- teamwork is not just another word here at Bd's, it is essential to our success
