Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchisee. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, this franchisee operates as a separate entity licensed to use McDonald's branding and food products. This means all employment matters including hiring, supervision, scheduling, and discipline are managed entirely by the franchisee. Applicants for this position will work directly for the franchisee and not McDonald's USA, which has no involvement in employment decisions or the application process. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- must be at least 16 years old
- prior experience in a fast-food or customer service role is a plus
- must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
