Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- flexible and open work schedule
- basic understanding of food safety practices
- ability to lift or push objects over 30 pounds
- commitment to quality customer service
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to perform duties in general manager’s absence

Job Duties
- Confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives
- ensure day-to-day supervision of non-management associates, assign work, focus on store level operation performance, coach, and develop shift supervisors
- competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager
- motivate and positively influence staff, especially during low morale periods
- demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
- address issues in a timely fashion
- ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- maintain awareness of brand standards and protocols to maximize brand, landlord, and labor relations
- ensure the restaurant is clean, inviting, and adheres to brand standards
- manage cash accurately and process daily reports
- address customer needs and resolve issues to maintain long-term relationships
- perform spot inventory counts and checks to ensure accurate inventory data
