Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Support team members in daily operations
- Manage shifts and coordinate staff schedules as a shift lead
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food safety compliance as kitchen manager
- Drive overall store performance and team leadership as general manager
