Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training
  • Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred but not required
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills for management roles
  • Knowledge of food safety practices for kitchen positions

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
  • Support team members in daily operations
  • Manage shifts and coordinate staff schedules as a shift lead
  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food safety compliance as kitchen manager
  • Drive overall store performance and team leadership as general manager
