Job Requirements
- successful completion of all pre-screening requirements
- passing of the WorkSTEPS job-specific test
- 21+ years of age and possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record as confirmed through an MVR check
- ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and climbing
- ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with flexibility
- commitment to adhere to FBLC safety, OSHA, and food safety standards
- ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse individuals and partner agencies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior warehouse and inventory experience
- proficiency in English
- bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
- experience with Inventory and Project Management systems, especially Microsoft Navision Ceres 2009
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online technologies
Job Duties
- Oversee daily Nourishing Network operations, maintaining a clean, organized, partner ready space
- plan, pull, stage, and distribute agency orders accurately and on schedule
- coordinate with Food Rescue Route Drivers to receive appropriate, nutritious food for agency distribution
- restock product, manage inventory transfers, and maintain appropriate stock levels to meet partner needs
- prioritize FEFO to support quality, minimize waste, and maintain safe product flow
- track and coordinate waste removal, reporting, and composting processes as assigned
- complete accurate agency invoicing in Microsoft Ceres, including end-of-day reconciliation and verification
