Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality sector
- hands-on experience managing front-of-house operations
- strong analytical skills in labor and cost management
- ability to work primarily on-site in Huber Heights with regular oversight responsibilities at Dayton
- excellent problem-solving skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Proven experience in multi-unit or division leadership within the hospitality industry
- strong understanding of front-of-house operations
- demonstrated ability to lead and mentor management teams
- excellent organizational and strategic planning skills
- proficiency in labor and inventory management
- exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- commitment to fostering team culture and development
Job Duties
- Lead weekly manager meetings to review KPIs including sales, labor percentage, and guest ratings and set priorities for the Northern sites
- master the math of the business by building schedules based on volume forecasts and weather to hit labor targets
- oversee inventory and bar programs including liquor, beer, and wine across the division to minimize waste and maximize margin
- coach and develop site managers to build a team ready for future growth
- own the daily operations, guest experience, and labor scheduling for the Huber Heights location
- provide strategic oversight and mentorship to the FOH Manager in Dayton
- ensure both locations meet standards for service, labor targets, and profitability
